It has been awhile since updating the blog, been a little busy with work and some play time. I checked my credit scores the other day and was pleasantly surprised to see that my Transunion score is a whopping 704. I was ecstatic. This is almost a 200 point increase in 1 year’s time. This credit repair thing is possible and it does require time, but has been well worth it to finally regain some purchasing power. I still have a few dings on my report that I would rather not have, such as some late payments on a few accounts and that crazy charge-off from WFNNB / Victoria Secret that won’t seem to go away, not done fighting that one by the way. The late payments will heal themselves over time and most of them are no longer hurting my score anyway due to being over 24 months old.
